China's paper industry is accelerating its green transformation, increasing the environmental added value of exported products.
Driven by the national "dual carbon" goals, large Chinese paper companies are increasing their investment in energy conservation and emission reduction, the use of renewable fiber raw materials, and clean production. This industrial upgrade has directly improved the environmental standards and international competitiveness of domestically produced paper products. For export-oriented kraft paper and packaging paperboard, the life-cycle carbon footprint is becoming one of the evaluation indicators for major international buyers. Suppliers with clear environmental supply chain data and certifications (such as FSC) will gain a significant premium advantage in future trade.
